There they go again! : A climate activist smearing paint on a painting at an art gallery and glueing himself to the floor to protest the lack of actions on the climate crisis. Reminds me of the Bamiyan Buddhas in Afghanistan as well as temples and churches of the world being destroyed by non- believers. All seem like acts of vandalism. While some activists were aware that the action was disruptive, they had thought it necessary since it serves to attract widespread media attention. Nevermind if widespread attention would or would not help solve the climate crisis; but art lovers most probably would not be too pleased. Leaving the activist glued to the floor for a week would perhaps mend their broken hearts if not attracting more attention for climate activists.
