Had a glimpse of Van Gogh's Sunflowers in a gallery in London long ago. Didn't think that decades later, it would fall victim to two young women who splashed tomato soup on it and then glued themselves to the wall beneath the painting. Then just when you think everything is over, a man and a woman threw mashed potatoes on a Monet in Germany and each proceeded to glue a hand to the wall by the painting. Surprisingly, these are not brainless brats but young activists who were anti-fossil fuel and demanding action on climate change. Would you if you care about the climate; stop using oil or plant a tree if you can't come out with an ecofriendly invention?
