Learning From The Peeping Toms!
Now, police have learned from Peeping Toms and blackmailers too! Before, we hear a lot of these people installing closed-circuit TV (CCTV) in toilets and bedrooms to catch especially people in compromising positions but now as the local newspaper had it: the police would soon have their eyes on every building in crime-prone areas because the owners or tenants of these buildings will be required to install CCTV cameras which will be linked to police control centres. The police could have it nice and easy, viewing crimes after they are committed. Cool!
