Loiter.
Perhaps cats like kids do loiter around. Here, sometimes we see kids loitering in groups, sonetined racing their bicycles or going for spree rides, sometimes causing accidents. Then, adults do loiter too; in coffee shops as they sip their coffee and tea, whiling away their time, talking politics sometimes. How do you loiter?
