Someone I know had depression and the doctor prescribed some medicine; some so strong he said that they made him over groggy. An article claims that there're different ways of overcoming depression like eating healthy food, having a healthy lifestyle which include exercising, having good sleep habits, practising yoga and meditation; and it even mentions alternative treatments like acupuncture and treatments with herbs, probiotics and vitamins. Unlike the video below though, there's no mention of hugging and cuddling as means to overcome the malady...
