Milk and butter in your buns?  Western buns perhaps but these buns are Chinese buns or baozi. They may have fillings of meat or vegetable in them  but I doubt if you can find milk or butter here; no fruits or nuts either and don't expect it to be topped with icing or caramel, or filled with jam or cream. Yummy, nevertheless and healthier too, perhaps.
