Just yesterday, a colleague suggested that the whole staff all had MacDonald burgers for lunch come Friday. That would mean a MacDonald burger feast! That sounded like a wonderful idea. At just RM 5.95 for a McValue Lunch, that would probably fit everyone's budget. Incidentally in Taiping, MacDonald had not too long ago, opened a new restaurant in the town's picturesque Lake Garden. Before, there was just one MacDonald restaurant in town and now, there are three, including the one in Simpang. There has always been talks that the food offered by the restaurant are mere junk food, not very good for health, that is. Someone has even said that it was once reported in the local paper that MacDonald's French Fries could not rot, at least not as easily as normal French Fries. In Canada, a customer even went to the extent of asking why the burgers do not rot. All these however do not stop the people here from frequenting MacDonald restaurants. The restaurant in the Lake Gardens was packed when I last visited it. Delicious food attracts man just like light attracts flies.
Which is the real MacDonald?
