Food for Thought

Have a healthy diet, a balanced one that is, which helps to maintain or improve your general health. That means choosing a variety of food from all the food groups. Take note that some food such as saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, refined sugar, salt and alcohol should be taken in moderation. You'd not want to increase your risk for heart diseases, diabetes, obesity, hypertension or even cancer, would you? Think before you eat!
