House of Cards

A house of cards is but a flimsy structure and the phrase often refers to an arrangement or a situation that is in danger of collapsing or failing. You'd not like that perhaps; not just the flimsiness in a structure but the thought of something collapsing or failing is too much a turn off. Then, there is probably a House of Cards which you may like - the 1990 critically acclaimed BBC political thriller television drama serial that was set after the end of Margaret Thatcher's tenure as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. You may like something sometimes!

Which of the following is flimsy enough for your liking?

The whole world itself with all that impermanence seems flimsy.

It's true. Sometimes, it seems that the world collapses. Hope I will not see it.
