Kuala Sepetang is never like Norway's Reine (inset), not that scenic, I would think- but it is a fishing village, all right. The locals here catch fish, dry them too just like they dry the prawns to make salted fish the traditional way -that is, they dry them outdoor under the hot tropical sun. They also harvest cockles and if you were to take a stroll in Kuala Sepetang, you'd get to see these products and delightful as they were, you'd forget about scenic Reine for a moment. There's beauty elsewhere!
Can you spot any prawns or cockles here?
