Non-Muslim couples caught would normally be advised on the sensitivity of their action to the locals but Muslims caught would be produced before the Syariah Court. The anti-vice volunteers would normally listen for sounds of heavy breathing and kissing before moving in on the couple. It pays to breathe and kiss silently!
