Roses are red, violets are blue - Wait a minute, There were roses at the Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur but they were not red - pink, yes, orange and blue too and they were giant roses with human faces. They attracted a lot of attention from visitors. Many started posing for photographs with them. I suppose in Alice in Wonderland, the book, there were roses but those were white roses that were later painted red by the living playing cards for the Queen of Hearts who hated white roses. In Alice in Wonderland, the movie, there was only a suggestion of the white roses to be painted red by Alice when the queen expressed her displeasure for the red roses in the garden. The queen in the movie was not even the Queen of Hearts but the Red Queen from Through the Looking Glass. One should not believe in movies!
