Khalwat or close proximity refers to an unmarried Muslim couple having a private romantic moment together and is considered an immoral activity punishable by law in Malaysia. When a team of religious officials, after receiving a tip-off, raided a house in Kampung Nyior Cabang at about 3am on Sunday, they were confronted by a 25-year-old woman, clad only in a batik cloth.The woman said she was staying alone in the house after separating from her husband. On inspection however, the officials found a 27-year old man in the toilet. He was wrapped in a sarong and had hung like a bat from the toilet door! That was batman, oops...bad man, I suppose. Batman can be so BAD!
