From the Net, I read that British holidaymaker, Dale Nord died in a hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia after doctors refused to treat him until they received hundreds of dollars in bribes. Barnsley Central MPEric Illsley had claimed that the holiday maker was allowed to die while British embassy officers and doctors stood and let him for the sake of a bribe. Now, the question is not so much about the bribes. The question is more about the people. Is it the officers' fault or the doctors?
