Yoga, to many people, is a form of exercise associated with the practice of asanas or postures. It aims to restore and maintain a person's well-being and improve the body's flexibility and vitality. Yoga has been said to be able to cure asthma, backache, constipation, depression etc. Life is full of choices. So, which posture would you like to try? Just remember that there are different Yogic Postures for different body types and all postures should be performed while inhaling deeply.
