How romantic can life be! David Tan, a 26 year old ad exec from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia drove his 24 year old girl friend home on Valentine Day. When they passed a huge billboard, the exec asked his girl to have a look at it. David's picture was on the billboard and splashed across the board were the magic words Kelly Tan E Li, will you marry me?
