Beautiful People: A Blind Man Paints!

I remember watching an episode of Little House in the Prairie long ago, the series starring the late Michael Landon and the freckled Melissa Gilbert. There was an episode that featured a blind artist. That episode, I swallowed with a grain of salt. How can a blind man draw, I wonder but then, last December, I came across an article on Esref Armagan from Turkey. The man has been blind since birth but he paints! In fact, this visual artist paints houses, boats, and even Bill Clinton using vivid colors even though he has never seen any of these things in his life. He also paints in three-point perspective, the most complex form of perspective drawing which gives the effect of looking up or down at a scene! Now, this I say, is a truly Beautiful World!

He paints better than some that have full use of their eyes :)

I think so too. There are people with eyes who see not!

Is this what they mean by painting from the soul or heart? He is not blind in the way that he can feel the world around him. That's why his art is much better than those with perfectly good eyes but blind to their surroundings!
