Pray That There Are No Vultures

An elderly man in Arizona was waiting for a bus when a pickup truck hit him. A 17 year old boy was involved with a motorcycle accident in Birmingham. The elderly man and his bags of groceries were sent flying. The 17 year old boy lied on the road hanging for dear life. Witnesses of the accident involving the elderly started to steal his groceries. Witnesses of the accident involving the 17 year old boy videoed the boy lying on the road. The only person who helped the elderly man had his bags stolen. The 17 year old boy stopped breathing shortly before emergency services arrive. Wither has man gone? Pray that man is not replaced by vultures!

What a terrible testament to the heartlessness of people these days. I'd like to think that there are more situations where people help each other than situations like the two you describe here.

I agree with Mr. Grudge. I know these situations exist but I need to believe that they are one a million and it's not indicative of the human race.

Because..if it is..we are already nothing but vultures.

Mr. Grudge and Lisa, I do agree with both of you. I am just glad that there are good people around too making this life worthwhile living.
that is horrible! it is a sad statement of the world we live in. luckily though, most people do come forward and help others, in times of need! while that is a sad and horrible story, there are so many others that prove that one to be a rare event.

oh, that's really sad and pathetic. how do people live their lives knowing that the same thing can happen to them as well and they might die while others video tape him.

we need to have a little inner voice...

sad, really sad.
