A man went on a shooting spree during a wedding. He had earlier been teased for four days over his statelessness; the man had been a foreigner married to a local and had yet to get legal papers to live in the country. It was believed that he could not take that treatment anymore and consequently, killed five and injured nine of the wedding guests. I guess people can only be teased to a certain extent. It is actually nice to be the one who teases but the one being teased often suffers mental anguish. Most of the time, the victim, being at the end of his tether, may just blow up verbally and people would then accuse him of being temperamental and so on. Don't you think that is just being unfair?
