Garra rufa have long been known for their ability to treat the symptoms of skin conditions such as psoriasis. The fish have a penchant for dead, diseased or scabby skin. They eat away the scaly skin and in the process,reveal the fresh layer beneath. I would say you have to eat away the cover of a book to reveal the contents.
