Visualise a smiling world

Are you angry? If you are, try to keep it at bay. Psychologists now say that letting all your anger hang out is a dangerous myth. It will only escalate into more anger and aggression and it does not help you or the person you are angry with. Try to relax, breathe deeply, and calmly repeat a mantra. This need not be a big word like Omahum Padmehum but a simple calm word like relax will do. If you are not a word person, you may want to just do a non strenuous exercise like yoga. Maybe you just want to change the environment you are in or the way you think. You may want to start to solve your problem too since it has been irritating you or perhaps since you can’t solve it, you just want to ignore it. You can visualize a relaxing experience, use imagery, you know. Think of this beautiful world, where everyone is smiling…
